Why disease?
Why the Mind you it regularly uses the body to respond to some of our thoughts?
Well, because we give the "value" to the body.
The normal state of all things is peace, we therefore believe that health is a state of peace.
Then we start to think "I wish my body is in good health is important" and how to know if this is important but to lose that state to give even more this "value" we give already!
To perceive that "health is important," as I thought it board requires that I miss if I was not lacking in health, how would this lack is not important.
